NUBAR - FORTRESS COLLECTION

As promised, I have Nubar's new collection: The Fortress Collection. I really like the idea behind this collection, it's a cool idea for a collection of grays. The most standout thing about this collection as a whole is how opaque all of the polishes are! Most only required ONE coat, that's right ONE!! The quality of Nubar's polish is nothing short of amazing, especially when you realize just how often they have been coming out with collections. On to the swatching.

KNIGHT'S ARMOR
Obviously the stand out of the collection! This is a black base with tons of silver glitter. I don't think there is any other color like this, totally awesome and cool. This also isn't as bumpy as you would think being this packed with glitter. This polish is perfection - GET IT!

DARK CASTLE
This is a dark charcoal gray with a light silver shimmer in it. Very easy to apply. If I was careful I could have gotten away with just one coat of this. But even at two coats, that is great.

SILVER SWORD
This is a medium gray/silver frost. You can see my brushstrokes, which is typical of frosts, but it wasn't too bad in real life. I did need two coats for this one.

*These last five are all cremes that go down the scale in gray from dark to light - all pictures are shown with ONE COAT ONLY!

STRONGHOLD

PALISADE

BARRICADE

CITADEL

MARBLE TOWER

I'm not certain of the release date for this collection, but they will be available online on NUBAR'S website.
