WELL HELLO!!!

It's been a short week for me, with the holiday on Monday and then I had a funeral to go to on Wed., so regular posting will resume on Monday! See you guys then :)

DINKY'S NOT SO DINKY BELLY

Thought you guys might want to see some pictures of Dinky with her belly full of baby. She should be due within the next week, and I'm getting everything ready for her, we are just so excited about her having these babies. Her head looks so tiny compared to her belly :)

I was thinking she might only have one, but she really started showing here in the last week or so and now I'm thinking she could have maybe 2 or 3 babies.


Here are a few more of Nanner, he is totally chilling on a heating pad I had turned on for the babies on the couch, it was supposed to be for Dinky but he keeps hogging it and from the looks of it, he doesn't plan on sharing any of it with her!!





I have really short day here at work, this morning was my son's Christmas program and I have to leave early to pick him up from school, so no nails pics today.






I just had to include this picture of Mom's park job. Yes, that back tire is totally up on the curb, she knew and decided to leave it parked like that anyway. . . . . she is trying to hide it before I could take a picture and it looks like the car is running over her foot, lol!

I know I have been MIA for a looooong time now and I'm sorry. I have just had a lot of stuff going on in my life right now and doing nails just hasn't been in the mix. I will be back, but I'm sorry I can't give you all an exact date, I'm hoping by the end of the month things will be back to normal around here. Wanna hear a quick list of all that has been eating away at my time??? Ok, well here goes:
car trouble (without a car for almost a week!!)
Computer down at work
School starting
Little starting football
Little's Birthday (Today!! He is 8!!!)
My Mom's birthday (on the 9th, a milestone #60!!!)
Baking about 10 dozen cookies for my Grandma

is that enough to grant me a reprieve?? God I hope so!

DR. DINKY & NURSE BANANA

Lest you think I was all alone while I was down and out, here is proof that I had some helpers! I spent the past week and a half sleeping on the couch since I didn't feel like going from the couch to the bed - so I just camped out there. I had Dr. Dinky and Nurse Banana there to help - and of course Little was my biggest helper, telling me at one point he was going to sleep on the love seat and I could wake him up in the middle of the night if I needed anything - awwwww!

Super busy today and no time for posting my NBOTB post. I have a TON of new blogs for you all, so the list is going to be a doozey(sp?) tomorrow.

IT'S MY CIVIC DUTY.....

Well ladies I just got my first notification that I am to serve jury duty. I have always wanted to do this (on an interesting case) but it couldn't have come at a worse time. I have to report in at 8 am on Monday morning. My son has his big end of school program on Tuesday - he has memorized lines and everything! I'm hoping that this jury duty will turn out to be just a one day event and I will be able to attend the program on Tuesday. So we shall see.

Obviously this means less posts from me during this time - until I know things further though I can't comment on how long that will last until I know on Monday.

I do have some swatches coming up for a few things today, but I might try and post date them so they come up on future dates so that this blog doens't just come to a standstill :) I have Monday's NBOTB post to set up for today to post on Monday - so any I get after today won't be added until next week.

BROWN CHICKEN BROWN COW

Dinky is in heat right now. And she sure has been happy to have a boy around! This is the first time she has been in heat and been around another dog. Poor Banana was confused - not quite sure what to make of everything and even at one point tried to nurse on Dinky- lol! He is too little to do anything and I think it will help them become friends faster - so I have just let them go at it.

I had a couple of you all ask me what seller I got the puppy sailor clothes from. I got them from JS SHOWROOM.

A couple of things, the sizes run small. Where Dinky has always worn Extra Smalls, it was a bit too small for her and she really probably needed to get her a SMALL. So please consider that if you plan on purchasing.

My experience was positive with this seller. I got the stuff in under a full week which I thought was amazing since it came from South Korea. The prices were pretty reasonable too.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Yup, today is my birthday! I'm turning 33 - wait, can that possibly be right??? Yikes!!

I got Dinky the cutest Hello Kitty outfit but it is too small for her! I got these off Ebay so returning them isn't going to happen.

I had a pretty busy weekend and because of that I have no nail polish stuff for you all today - boo hoo!! I DO have some just as good pics for you though!

They were just playing a friendly game of tug-of-war though. Dinky is slowly adjusting to the new little terror of the house.



Kind of hard to call him a terror when he stayed in the kitchen with me for a good 2 hours straight while I cooked up three different kinds of goodies for my Dad's birthday this weekend though. This picture was him in the kitchen on a little cushion helping me cook.




Went out of town to celebrate my Dad's birthday. We kind of do a joint party since my birthday is just a few days later - May 6th. Here is my Dad helping Little shoot a bb-gun I got him.



My poor dad got the short end of the stick on the birthday cake, lol! This was a shared cake. Isn't it cute???
